The Buccaneers' Bucs Secure Another Victory as Most Valuable Player Calls Grow

Now that 33% of the NFL schedule completed, teams are starting to show their true colours

Tampa Bay and The Colts became the initial teams to achieve a 5-1 record as they maintained their impressive beginnings to the campaign

Seattle and New England Patriots are developing as contenders, while the Pittsburgh Steelers are seeming comfortable in the Northern division

This campaign appears concluded already for an important pre-season Super Bowl favourites the Ravens, but might only be beginning for The Chiefs

Baker Mayfield Earns Most Valuable Player Chants

Would Baker Mayfield an MVP candidate? That is exactly what Bucs supporters were shouting following a further energetic showing from their field general in a 30-19 win over the San Francisco 49ers

The quarterback is the primary cause the Tampa Bay are five and one and he directed with authority another time, throwing a pair of TDs and producing each important moment - featuring an remarkable crucial situation carry when he barged through multiple defenders to get a vital continued possession

He has a ability that isn't coachable or instructed

Baker's pressure performances had resulted in every one of the four prior wins occurring in the last minute - the clearer approach during the weekend further boosted his increasing Most Valuable Player credentials

The Colts quarterback is a comparable comeback story in for Indianapolis following the Colts defeated the The Cardinals to achieve five and one - their best opening since 2009

Rusher Jonathan Taylor is the other standout of the Colts' remarkable start, but Daniel Jones makes important plays at the correct time - achieving two throwing touchdowns and an additional rushing on Sunday

Definitely Concerning That - New England Have Returned

Being a New England Patriots signal-caller includes a unique expectation due to Tom Brady, but in Drake Maye they might at last have their future team leader

After only his sophomore year, the quarterback appears poised in the passing area and is unafraid to throw the football downfield - passing touchdowns of multiple lengths and seeing a long completion nullified by a infraction in Sunday's success at the New Orleans

He's just the fourth signal-caller under 24 to record five in a row contests with over 200 throwing yards and a passer rating of triple digits

The most recent pair being a primetime success in Buffalo then, in the deafening sound of the Superdome, demonstrate why Patriots supporters are growing optimistic that - guided by recently appointed head coach Mike Vrabel - they might be a force once more

The Seahawks matched the The Pats on four and two as they secured their ninth consecutive road game - an notable 20-12 victory at the Jacksonville

The quarterback is showing the prior campaign's resurgence in for Minnesota was not accidental and he has a premier wideouts in the sport in the receiver, who secured eight grabs for 163 total yards and a touchdown in Florida

Pittsburgh Steelers' Postseason Opportunity Opens Up

The Steelers advanced to four and one with a 22nd consecutive consecutive home victory versus the Cleveland in the campaign - and they appear to have an open door to the play-offs now in a softer division

Normally a particularly challenging divisions around but Rodgers' four and one Pittsburgh appear in absolute dominance, with their opponents all declining

Cleveland have just one win and a continuously unsettled signal-caller scenario, while Baltimore seem finished after a 17-3 at home loss by the Los Angeles Rams dropped them to 1-5

Merely four teams in league history have qualified for the play-offs after a one and five start and, with the quarterback heading an all-star injury list, Baltimore won't be adding to that statistic

Cincinnati lost 18-27 in Green Bay to decline to two and four, with forty-year-old Joe Flacco not quite a like-for-like substitute for {Joe Burrow|Burrow|
